Thai Masssage, Thai Yoga Massage, Nuat Boran or Ancient Massage as it is known in Thailand, it´s based on influences from India, China, and indigenous Thai traditions, an art that has been handed down through generations mostly via oral tradition and is practiced today across Thailand in various forms. It is a combination of assisted yoga, acupressure, reflexology and physiotherapy. Thai Massage is different from many Western forms of massage in that there is no oil used, the therapist uses a mattress on the floor (instead of a masssage table). It involves the systematic massaging, stretching and positioning of the body parts in different yogasanas, that helps in relieving stress, promoting convalescence in case of injuries and certain ailments, as well as general wellness.





Many clinical studies have shown that Thai Massage can prevent bone degeneration, decrease stress, treat back pain and contribute to psychological well-beaing. What is an Intuitive Massage?
An intuitive massage is a form of massage in which I allow my intuition to guide me through the areas of the body that requires healing. In this type of therapy, I combine different massage techniques that I learned over time. Like in Thai Massage and many other traditions, by working on our physical and energetical body, helping energy flow, we help to relieve stress, pain, and discomfort as well as promote wellness and balance of body and mind.
During my massage therapies, I intuitively listen to the receiver’s body, so that first both bodies are comfortable and secondly that the interaction of the energies takes place and makes the healing process more effective. I also gained some practice of other bodywork techniques, and other massage techniques such as Swedish Massage, Tantra Massage and Sports Massage.
