What is astrology coaching?
Astrology coaching combines the wisdom of your birth chart with practical guidance to support personal growth, clarity, and alignment with your true nature. Through deep self-understanding and awareness of life cycles, it helps you navigate challenges, uncover purpose, and make empowered decisions. Each session blends astrology with coaching tools to offer grounded, transformational insight tailored to your unique path.
The Natal Chart is a powerful key to self-knowledge, an invaluable guide that helps us understand who we are and what our purpose is in this life. It is created from the exact moment we are born, reflecting the position of the planets at that precise instant. Essentially, it is a symbolic map of our existence, a unique mandala that acts as a personal guidebook.
How often have we felt lost, trapped in repetitive patterns without understanding why? How many times have we wondered why certain situations seem to happen over and over again? From the perspective of Modern Astrology, every experience in our life is part of an evolutionary process. Nothing happens by chance; the challenges we face are signs inviting us to grow and to work on specific aspects of our being. Life places these lessons before us so that we can discover our true potential.
Astrology is a language that helps you understand your unique energetical configuration, or the called natal chart, in which you can dive into your inborn roadmap of potentialities. During my sessions we will navigate through your chart and will exchange information and insights about your nature and potentialities and how they are unfolding in your life, and how to make the processes more consciously to help you in your evolutionary journey.
The sessions can be focused on different aspects:
- Understanding your energetical design
- Major life themes and processes
- Challenges or topics that you might be facing currently, as well as processes of the year ahead of you
- Assessment and overlook the themes that will arise for you during the 12 months between one birthday and the next.
- Synastry for compatibility: relationships, business, marriage, family
- Family constellations
Sessions:
- We will dive and navigate through your birth chart, discussing the different parts of it and questions you might have.
- The sessions are a dialogue, I want to hear from you how you live and feel your birth chart, and how it manifests in your life.
- Investigate and analyze issues or concerns
- Learn more about your unique energetial design and how it manifests in your persona and life.
